Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate with third-party logistics providers in American to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inventory reconciliations, and performance evaluations of third-party vendors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize service levels and cost-efficiency.
- Plan and prepare for future self-managed warehouse operations in American, leveraging existing experience in warehouse setup and management.
- Develop processes, systems, and infrastructure to support scalable warehousing solutions as the business grows.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage transactional processes, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Travel globally to coordinate with overseas warehouses (Indonesia, UK, Russia, etc.) to standardize processes and improve cross-regional collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between local teams, vendors, and headquarters to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) for global coordination.
- Having legal working status in the United States.
- Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers.
- Prior exposure to self-managed warehouse operations is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong business negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-cultural adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
