Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with third-party logistics providers in American to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular audits, inventory reconciliations, and performance evaluations of third-party vendors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize service levels and cost-efficiency.

• Plan and prepare for future self-managed warehouse operations in American, leveraging existing experience in warehouse setup and management.
• Develop processes, systems, and infrastructure to support scalable warehousing solutions as the business grows.

• Collaborate with finance teams to manage transactional processes, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Travel globally to coordinate with overseas warehouses (Indonesia, UK, Russia, etc.) to standardize processes and improve cross-regional collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between local teams, vendors, and headquarters to ensure alignment on operational goals.

• Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) for global coordination.
• Having legal working status in the United States.
• Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers.
• Prior exposure to self-managed warehouse operations is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• Strong business negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-cultural adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
