We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of critical IT projects within a fast‑paced environment. Our team relies on skilled individuals to oversee project execution, manage complex business processes, and ensure seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including reviewing business requirements, managing budgets, and maintaining project timelines in alignment with organizational goals.
- Present solution analyses to executive leadership, deliver recommendations for decision‑making, and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, develop alternative solutions or workarounds, and address issues during Go Lives and post‑launch.
- Support business analysts with change request processes, provide training and tools, and drive process improvements for enterprise initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects with a minimum of 10 years in similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with MBA and PMP certification preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to articulate complex systems and processes.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional teamwork.
