Project Manager II
18-Month Assignment mainly a remote role with occasional office time in Princeton (if local candidate) M-F normal business hours Mandarin is desirable but not required Advance-Expert user for Microsoft Projects is required Would take a more green candidate BUT high level of Microsoft project would also be considered. Wants driven worker, high energy, even if worker is more green. Does not prefer IT experience Wants experience with med-device - preferred Will not be managing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, health sciences and/or business or financial management or relevant field
- Demonstrated project management skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Project
- At least 3-5 years’ hands-on experience using MS Project in managing medium to large project/program
- Demonstrated ability to integrate information to build into cohesive project plan
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast pace, high visibility environment
- Ability to travel based upon project needs
Scope of Engagement: ICFC Program Management Support Assist in the following activities under the direction of the Sr. Program Manager:
- Develop a robust project plan and integrate work stream project Gantts for the overall program
- Take on project management process which includes coordinating with program workstream leaders to manage executions
- Manage interdependency among work streams, identify and communicate issues
- Drive improvement of work stream processes and efficiency
- Take meeting minutes, track overdue tasks, follow up with action items
- Assist with PMO deliverables as needed
This role is reporting directly to the Sr. Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives, in a PMO function supporting Integra’s ICFC Program. You will be responsible to support the Sr.
