The Chief Executive Officer of the newly partnered Jewish Federation of Princeton/Mercer/Bucks (Federation) and the JCC Princeton Mercer Bucks and Abrams Camps (JCC) is the key leadership position, responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic direction, fundraising of the partnered organizations, as well as being the community unifier for the greater Princeton Jewish community.
This role represents a unique and exciting opportunity to lead a newly integrated organization, bringing the Federation and JCC into a unified, high-impact entity. The CEO will play a foundational role in shaping the organization’s structure, culture, and strategic direction from the ground up. Success in this role will require an entrepreneurial, hands‑on leader who is energized by building, integrating, and evolving organizations in a dynamic environment.
The Chief Executive Officer plays a key role in ensuring the missions of the Federation and JCC are carried out effectively and that resources are maximized to meet community needs.

Description:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for strategically leading and managing the integration, operations, programs, and staff of the newly partnered Federation and JCC.
The CEO will work closely with the Board, community leaders, donors, and stakeholders to advance the mission of both organizations, ensuring the long‑term sustainability of the organizations and the success of their fundraising, operations and related programs and services. This leadership role requires an individual with vision, strong management skills, and a deep commitment to Jewish values and community-building.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic Planning- Lead integration of the Federation and JCC into a cohesive organization in terms of culture, strategy and operations.
- Establish structures, processes, and norms for the newly integrated entity.
- Lead the development and execution of the long‑term strategic plans for the Federation and JCC, ensuring alignment with the mission, values, and community needs relevant to each organization.
- Inspire and motivate staff, board members, and volunteers to work collaboratively toward the goals of the two organizations.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and growth within the organization and the broader Jewish community.
- Oversee and implement the fundraising campaigns and initiatives for both organizations, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organizations.
- Develop relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporations to secure financial support and raise the necessary funds to carry out programs and services.
- Ensure that the Federation and the JCC operate within their budgets and meet financial goals.
- Work with the Board and Finance Committee to develop and monitor the annual budget and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and support for the various programs and services of both the Federation and the JCC, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the Jewish community.
