- HARMONi:
Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI. - HARMONi-3:
Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC. - HARMONi-7:
Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.
- HARMONi-GI3:
Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy.
Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and has additional offices in California, New Jersey, the UK, and Ireland.
Overview Of RoleThe Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of commercialization, including market access, sales, marketing, and distribution. The CCO will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and sustainable growth in global markets.
Role And Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for ivonescimab and drive the successful launch and growth of the company's products in global markets
- Lead market access strategies, including pricing, reimbursement, and health economics, to ensure optimal market penetration and patient access
- Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, establishing clear goals, performance metrics, and incentive programs that align with the Company’s values and strategic deliverables
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and market needs
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and licensing opportunities to expand the company's commercial footprint
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups
- Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve commercial objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision making and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
