Regional Sales Manager

Sales professional with deep experience in pharmaceutical single-dose packaging. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of packaging processes with proven success in sales, business development, and client relationship management across hospitals, CMOs, CDMOs, and healthcare systems.

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with direct experience in liquid unit dose and single-dose packaging
• Successful track record in developing new divisions and launching products in the packaging and contract manufacturing space
• Expertise in building strategic partnerships with hospitals, CMOs, CDMOs, GPOs, and wholesalers
• Strong knowledge of private-label programs and contract manufacturing sales
• Skilled at presenting complex solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers
• Familiarity with cGMP compliance, DSCSA accountability, and regulatory requirements in packaging
• Private-label and contract manufacturing programs
• Strategic account management & retention
• Deep knowledge of single-dose packaging (machines, materials, hospital/CMO applications)
• Entrepreneurial and able to build a business from the ground up
• Polished communicator, effective with C-suite and technical buyers
• Results driven with a proven record of revenue growth
• Strong industry network within pharmaceutical packaging and sales
