Position:
Packer – 3rd Shift

Location: Princeton, NJ

• Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
• Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials, precision weighing using a weight‑assisted computer, checking scales, and using proper scales.
• Utilize computer systems such as Weight Assisted Computer, Manufacturing Execution System, and SAP.
• Use SAP to inventory containers, input total actual amount packed, confirm actual pack‑out and scrap loss, and confirm delivery quantity matches confirmed quantity.
• Strictly adhere to labeling protocol: printing/reprinting labels, selecting label sizes according to container types, proper placement of labels on containers, and proper disposal of extra or ruined labels.
• Close containers properly, including crimping containers and applying tamper‑evidence seals.

Salary: $25.00 per hour. Additional total rewards package offered, including annual incentive pay, retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and other benefits.

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1‑year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
• Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
• Ability to be on your feet for an 8‑hour shift.
• Frequently lift a 35‑lb product hose.
• Frequently move, lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
