** As a Receiving Specialist, you will support production operations through the safe movement of materials using forklifts and drum-handling equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, using scanning systems, and ensuring efficient material flow. The position requires strict adherence to safety, quality, GMP, and operational standards while maintaining a clean work environment. Team members are also expected to identify and escalate issues and support overall business needs
** Your key responsibilities
*** Transport and retrieve palletized materials in support of production operations.
* Safely operate powered industrial trucks, including stand-up, sit-down, and walk-behind forklifts.
* Handle and operate motorized and non-motorized drum handling equipment safely and efficiently.
* Use scanning equipment and maintain accurate inventory, cycle count, and operational records.
* Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and operational procedures while keeping work areas clean and organized.
* Escalate safety, quality, or process issues as needed, support corrective actions, and assist with additional business needs.

** You bring
*** High School diploma or equivalent or prior experience in a manufacturing environment
* 2+ years’ experience in internal logistics operations
* Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
* Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens
* Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to operate standup and sit-down forklift

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $22.50- $ addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
