About Position:

  • Role:
Senior Manager – Brand Salience & Events
  • Experience: 8+ Years
  • Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

  • The Senior Manager – Brand Salience & Events will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Persistent’s global brand visibility and event programs — spanning in-person, hybrid, and digital formats.
  • This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and flawless execution to increase Persistent’s brand salience across multiple visibility channels, including industry events, thought-leadership platforms, digital experiences, CSR activations, and selective sports marketing partnerships.
  • You will own a global events calendar, develop flagship experiences, and work cross-functionally to ensure the brand shows up powerfully and consistently in every market and moment that matters.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Salience & Opportunity-to-See (OTS)
  • Define and execute the brand salience strategy to drive measurable increases in OTS across key markets and audiences.
  • Build and manage an integrated visibility plan spanning global industry events, sponsor ships, CSR programs, partnerships, digital experiences, and select sports marketing associations.
  • Identify high-impact moments for brand visibility — including conferences, summits, trade shows, and community engagements.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure visibility efforts align with brand, campaign, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with digital, PR, and social media teams to amplify event and sponsorship presence across owned and earned channels.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Persistent-owned, sponsored, and partner-hosted events, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  • Manage in-person, hybrid, and digital events — from concept and content design to logistics, production, and analytics.
  • Create immersive experiences that reflect Persistent’s brand promise, innovation culture, and customer-centric ethos.
  • Ensure every activation contributes to measurable outcomes such as brand impressions, share of voice, and lead influence.
  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships, budgets, and event governance frameworks.
3. Visibility Channels (Including Sports Marketing & CSR Initiatives)
  • Expand Persistent’s visibility ecosystem through diverse channels that increase brand reach and relevance.
  • Support and amplify CSR initiatives and Persistent Foundation programs — integrating community impact stories and volunteer events into the broader brand and event narrative.
  • Identify and activate select sports marketing opportunities — such as sponsor ships, athlete associations, or community sports programs — that align with Persistent’s values of performance, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Integrate CSR and sports activations within the broader brand marketing calendar for consistent storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Explore additional awareness-building platforms such as analyst summits, awards, innovation showcases, and ecosystem collaborations that reinforce brand credibility and purpose.
4. Measurement & Optimization
  • Define a unified measurement framework for OTS and ROI, including reach, impressions, engagement, brand lift, and lead contribution.
  • Conduct post-event and post-sponsorship evaluations to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Report performance to senior leadership with data-backed recommendations for visibility optimization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Global Brand, Communications, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure unified storytelling across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with CSR and Persistent Foundation teams to align community engagement and purpose-driven initiatives with brand positioning.
  • Work with sales and delivery leadership to prioritize events and sponsor ships that strengthen customer and partner relationships.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent execution and knowledge sharing across geographies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, event management, or experiential marketing, ideally…
