Senior Manager, US Marketing

Position Summary

Senior Manager, Marketing (U.S. commercial team; Rare Conditions Brand Team for SKYTROFA and YUVIWEL). Reports to the Senior Director, Marketing.

• Lead development and execution of select marketing initiatives across HCP and patient audiences, aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day management of tactical initiatives (congress planning, patient support materials, field team resources).
• Support disease awareness campaigns and branded content for patient and provider audiences.
• Monitor and optimize customer engagement across HCP and patient/caregiver touchpoints.
• Support creation of disease state campaign and deliverables.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to produce compliant assets and programs with measurable impact.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement across all touchpoints; identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure tactics align with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and within team to advance brand goals.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing or digital engagement roles (preferably pharma/biotech).
• Hybrid: 3-day onsite role in Princeton, New Jersey.
• Strong brand marketing principles and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to manage projects cross‑functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with agency partners and media vendors.

• Estimated salary range: $155,000 - $170,000; may be eligible for discretionary annual bonus or incentive compensation, discretionary stock‑based long‑term incentives, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits.
