RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:- Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
- Experience in long‑term care setting
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians’ orders per resident care plans
- Monitor and assess residents’ health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well‑being
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
- Flexible scheduling – Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts available
