+ Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a part time RN (Registered Nurse) to work the day shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH)' outpatient ECT suite.

+ Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is a brain stimulation therapy. It uses a mild electrical current to produce a brief seizure. Electrical stimulation causes chemical changes in the part of your brain that regulates mood and emotion.

+ If you are a compassionate nurse with Age-Specific Knowledge & Skills who possesses the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to meet patients' physical, psychological and social needs when caring for a population of adults (18- 65+) with a teamwork approach - you will really enjoy working in Princeton House ECT Suite.

Location:

Princeton House Behavioral Health Outpatient ECT (1000 Herrontown Road, Princeton, NJ).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

+ The RN works closely with the interprofessional health care team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum.

+ The RN focuses on expanding the knowledge and skills necessary to provide individualized care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations of assigned patients.

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 6:00am-2:30pm

+ No weekends

What We Require for this Role:

Education

+ Bachelor's degree required, or in pursuit of

Related Work Experience

+ 3-5 years of PACU/OR, critical care & psychiatric experience required.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.

+ Active RN NJ license required.
