Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (North Princeton, NJ)

Start Date: March 23, 2026
Pay: $65 per hour (Paid hourly, not per visit)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + 1 weekend every 4 weeks
Location: North Princeton, NJ (Must live nearby)
Travel: Driving required throughout the assignment

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting
• Perform clinical assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately and within required time frames
• Conduct 5–6 patient visits per day
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary planning
• Travel locally to patient homes throughout the North Princeton area

• Active New Jersey RN license (Required)
• 2+ years of Home Health experience
• Recent OASIS experience (must be in the most recent role)
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume Home Health caseloads
• Must live close to North Princeton, NJ for daily travel
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive throughout the assignment
• Strong organizational, documentation, and assessment skills

Must have: 2+ years of recent Home Health experience. Recent OASIS experience. This role does not provide OASIS training.
