Overnight Nurse - RN

We are an inpatient substance use disorder (SUD) detox facility focused on safe stabilization, compassionate care, and strong clinical support. Our team works collaboratively to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based detox services in a structured and supportive environment—especially during overnight hours when consistency and clinical judgment matter most.

We’re looking for a Night Shift Detox Nurse (RN)to join our inpatient team on a 36‑hour‑per‑week schedule
. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident working nights, values predictable scheduling, and wants to be part of a stable detox program with clear protocols and expectations.

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Experience in detox, SUD treatment, psychiatric, or acute care
  preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently overnight
• Calm, professional, and patient‑centered approach

• Monitor and assess patients during detox and withdrawal
• Administer medications per physician orders and detox protocols
• Perform CIWA, COWS, and other required assessments
• Respond to medical or psychiatric changes during night shift
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with on‑call providers and clinical team
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with facility standards

• $40‑48.00/hour
• 36 hours per week (full‑time) – 7pm‑7:30am
• Consistent night shift schedule
• 4 weekend night shifts per 4‑week schedule
  • Weekend nights are Friday & Saturday
• 3 holidays per year
