Nurse Practitioner; General

Overview

Nurse Practitioner needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s Primary Care clinic located in Princeton, NJ.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p. Duration: 6/1-8/24 with possible extension or direct placement. Pay: $65-73/hr DOE.

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

• All nurse practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• BLS upon hire
• Strong experience in phlebotomy
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, urgent care, emergency department, or related setting
• Experience with Epic is preferred
