• Escort patients to exam rooms and take vitals.
• Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation and assist in maintaining all logs.
• Schedule lab tests and triage patient calls.
• Schedule consultations.
• Coordinate with the Infusion Department.
• Assist physician with various procedures & exams.
• Maintain a safe, secure, healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms in the clinical area for patient care.
• Ability & willingness to provide relief in any of our local offices as determined by supervisor.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.

• Valid RN license.
• Ability to cover in the absence of other nurses as determined by supervisor.
• Must have recent experience in a medical office setting.
• Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client care.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• 1 year of experience as an RN in a related medical field (Preferred).
• Previous experience working in an Oncology practice is preferred.

• Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, flexibility is necessary as this schedule is subject to change.
• Overtime as required.

• Plainsboro, NJ (Primary)
• Princeton, NJ (Secondary)

Pre‑employment drug screen is required.
