Penn Medicine is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative and patient-centered Urogynecology practice located at 10 Forrestal Road, Princeton, NJ.

About the Practice:

This well-established urogynecology practice includes 2 physicians and 2 experienced APPs, providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders. Our team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and compassionate care in a supportive academic-affiliated environment.

Position Summary:

The APP will provide outpatient urogynecologic care to women across the lifespan, working closely with physicians and fellow APPs. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys women's health, autonomy within a team structure, and building long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • For Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNP):
    • Graduate of an accredited WHNP program
    • National certification as a WHNP
    • Eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey
  • For Physician Assistants (PA):
    • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
    • NCCPA certification
    • Eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in New Jersey
    • Prior clinical experience in women's health, gynecology, or urogynecology required
  • For All Candidates :
    • Prior experience in women's health required
    • Urogynecology or pelvic floor experience preferred (but not required)
    • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and manage patients with urogynecologic conditions
  • Perform office-based assessments and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with physicians and APP colleagues on treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and counseling
  • Participate in a team-based care model aligned with Penn Medicine standards
