Pay: $40-42 commensurate with experience.

• Travel to clients' homes to deliver top‑notch nursing care based on best practices
• Check and monitor vital signs for ongoing assessments
• Document care activities in a thorough, confidential manner
• Evaluate patients’ well‑being and communicate any needs to the Director of Clinical Nursing or emergency services
• Assist with personal care and meal preparations
• Provide advanced nursing care, including management of chest tubes, colostomies, and urinary catheters
• Offer emotional support to clients and their families during challenging times

• Valid LPN license
• Recent annual physical (within the last year)
• PPD or Quanti Feron test within the past year, or chest X‑ray within the last five years
• MMR labs

Saturdays from 8 AM to 8 PM.
