• Local contract (Nursing) within Home Healthcare

• Provide direct nursing care to CCU patients in a home health setting under physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, oversee IV therapies, and support basic respiratory care as allowed.
• Perform wound care, monitor equipment, and ensure patient safety and infection control.
• Document all care activities and patient responses; communicate with the multidisciplinary team; educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions.

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• BSN degree required
• ICU experience, minimum 2 years
• Availability for 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night shifts with every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week local contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Ability to work effectively in a home healthcare setting
