• On-call requirements: 24-hour weekend per month (Sat–Sun) and additional on-call as needed (Mon–Fri 3:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.)

• Provide direct nursing care in the cath lab-adjacent workflow within a home healthcare setting, including pre-procedure and post-procedure activities as applicable.
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond to adverse events with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and contrast agents per physician orders, and document care accurately in the patient record.
• Maintain sterile technique, assist with procedures, and support the interprofessional team during interventional activities.
• Educate patients and family members on procedures, post-care expectations, and safety considerations; ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Complete assignment-specific documentation, verify equipment and supplies, and comply with regulatory and agency policies.
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled and coordinate with the team to ensure continuity of care.

• BSN degree required
• Cath Lab nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and participate in on-call duties as scheduled
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week travel assignment and perform duties in a home healthcare setting
• Commitment to patient safety, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance
