Join our team as a Quality and Product Support Intern to assist Quality and Tech Support in driving customer satisfaction and coordinating key activities across departments.
Responsibilities- Support audit prep by verifying complaints and following up on tickets.
- Maintain Document Change Request folders and update Quality Management System.
- Inspect and organize Return Merchandise Authorization packages.
- Coordinate return packages and sensor investigations.
- Upload certificates and manage product documentation.
- Maintain logs and SharePoint content.
- Collaborate with production sites on certificate storage.
