Manage cross platform projects spanning multiple engineering & business teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines and deliverables
Lead resource management and allocation across program work streams
Own customer relationship management, ensuring delivery quality and proactive communication to build long-term trust
Drive risk identification and mitigation, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively
