Insight Global is seeking a Product Quality Specialist to support a leading consumer products company. This role will provide quality oversight for OTC and cosmetic products, supporting both new product launches and lifecycle changes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Support quality and compliance strategies across multiple brands and product lines.
- Provide quality oversight for new product launches and product changes.
- Review, approve, and release new products and lifecycle updates.
- Lead/support RCA investigations, quality issue resolution, and compliance activities.
- Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and product realization initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
- 3-5 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Compliance experience.
- Experience with in OTC products, cosmetics, and/or CPG environments
. - Experience supporting new product launches and product quality programs.
- Exposure to root cause analysis (RCA) and investigations.
- Working knowledge of 21 CFR regulations.
