Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Neuroscience
Location: Princeton, NJ, US
Compensation: $211,880 – $256,748 (annual base). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
About the Role: Lead GHEOR strategy and tactics for one or more indications within the Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) portfolio, collaborating with Clinical, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Statistics, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and align a GHEOR strategy to demonstrate the value of neuroscience assets in one or more AD indications.
- Establish and maintain cross‑functional collaborative relationships with stakeholders in access strategy, clinical, medical affairs, and commercial.
- Provide input into clinical trial design and endpoints aligned to the value‑demonstration strategy.
- Lead clinical outcomes assessment (COA) strategy in collaboration with COA scientists.
- Develop and execute innovative GHEOR plans, including real‑world evidence generation, economic modeling, and COA.
- Lead scientifically rigorous HEOR studies and manage projects from concept through full execution, reporting findings at scientific congresses, peer‑reviewed publications, and related materials.
- Maintain and develop strong partnerships with external key opinion leaders in clinical, health economics, and outcomes research.
- PhD in epidemiology, health economics, health services research or related field preferred; master’s degree mandatory.
- Minimum five years of experience in outcomes research, pharmaceutical industry‑related health economics and outcomes research.
- Experience conducting research in a matrix organization to demonstrate product value.
- Strong understanding of global payer and market access challenges.
- Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex issues for senior stakeholders and both scientific and non‑scientific audiences.
- Experience in neuroscience and COA strategy preferred.
