** with the potential for extension based on performance, project needs, and business priorities.

** Position Summary*
* Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced
** Scientist - ADME / Bioanalytical Research
** to support laboratory studies focused on in vitro drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (ADME) research. This role will contribute to laboratory testing, sample preparation, data documentation, and analytical workflows within a collaborative pharmaceutical research environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on laboratory experience performing
** in vitro assays** ,
** sample preparation** ,
** pipetting** , and
** ADME-related studies** , with familiarity using analytical instrumentation and electronic laboratory documentation systems.
** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Laboratory Operations*
* + Perform in vitro laboratory experiments supporting ADME and bioanalytical research studies.
+ Prepare stock solutions, reagents, and laboratory samples according to established protocols.
+ Perform accurate weighing, pipetting, incubations, and sample preparation for routine laboratory workflows.
+ Execute laboratory procedures while maintaining accuracy, reproducibility, and attention to detail.
** Analytical Laboratory Support*
* + Support ADME studies using established laboratory methods and standard operating procedures.
+ Utilize analytical techniques and instrumentation to support sample analysis.
+ Apply experience with HPLC and LC-MS/MS instrumentation when applicable.
+ Assist with troubleshooting laboratory workflows and maintaining data quality.
** Documentation & Quality*
* + Document experimental data accurately using Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN).
+ Maintain complete, organized, and compliant laboratory records.
+ Follow laboratory documentation practices and technical writing standards.
+ Adhere to laboratory safety requirements and established SOPs.
** Collaboration*
* + Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary scientific team.
+ Communicate experimental findings clearly and effectively.
+ Manage multiple assignments while meeting project timelines with minimal supervision.
** Required Qualifications*
* ** Education & Experience*
* Candidates should meet
** one
* * of the following:

** Bachelor's degree
** in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related Life Science discipline
** plus 6+ years of relevant industry experience** ,
** OR*
* +
** Master's degree
** in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related Life Science discipline
** plus 4+ years of relevant industry experience** ,
** OR*
* +
** Ph.D.
** in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related Life Science discipline
** plus 2+ years of relevant industry experience*
* Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
** Required Skills*
* + Hands-on in vitro laboratory experience
+ Stock solution preparation
+ Accurate weighing and pipetting techniques
+ Sample incubation and preparation
+ Experience supporting ADME studies
+ Strong laboratory documentation practices
+ Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) experience
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines
** Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
+ High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
+ Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
+ Mass Spectrometry
+ Pharmaceutical laboratory testing
+ Technical writing
+ Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (ADME)
+ Regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory environments

** Pay Details:** $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
