Incredible relocation opp. at ambitious restaurant group pushing for accolades. Best local produce; rooms, events & restaurants. London salaries
Highlights- Super diverse west country restaurant group with big ambitions and new openings afoot
- London salaries with lots of flex
- Gorgeous venues with the most beautiful interiors serving some of the best, locally sourced food around
- An incredible relocation opportunity where there is so much growth potential
Incredibly exciting and diverse restaurant group that is growing and looking for new leaders to help shape its next phase of growth. The business has a wide variety of offerings with dedicated events spaces, rooms available at some of the venues and their own production kitchen which supports the entire operation with whole animal butchery and in-house bread production. The food here varies from site to site but provenance, seasonality and working as closely as possible with local suppliers and producers is incredibly important to them.
The chefs make fresh pasta daily, work with whole animals, which they butcher in house and open‑fire cooking features heavily.
The Development chef needs to be experienced working with similar, produce‑focused style offerings and you will be experienced in the realities of ensuring dishes can be replicated by the teams on the ground whilst being ambitious in your scope. There is an Exec chef in the business so menu development and team training will be the big focus of the role.
The development chef will focus on the business’s flagship site and the production kitchen would be their base.
We are looking for a Head Chef and a Development Chef alongside a General Manager. As this is a growing group there is plenty of flexibility on the roles and salaries so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’re interested but perhaps don’t fit neatly into one of these three roles.
