The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and ensure a guest-first experience.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment when certified, move merchandise or store fixtures as needed.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and maintain inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures related to product stock levels, inventory, and store profitability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws including adult beverage regulations.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Climb ladders; scan, move, and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions for duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Shift length may vary; mobility required for duration of shift.
