Customer Representative

Overview

We work with a national account that partners with some of America's largest names in big box retail, enabling our client to provide cutting‑edge retail marketing campaigns that elevate product launches and promotions to the next level, increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.

The role requires high energetic, complaint, customer service‑focused individuals with a passion for the fast‑paced retail industry. The person should be outgoing, self‑motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a retail setting speaking with customers one on one face to face.

• Daily engaging customers at retail campaigns to drive sales and learn to use the POS system and work on a tablet.
• Effectively promote products and services to customers and spread brand awareness.
• Assist management team/store management with promotions and events.
• Maintain retail relationships with all store employees and maintain compliance at all times.
• Comply with program and retailer‑specific guidelines and maintain the highest level of integrity and compliance.
• Follow company code of ethics.
• Keep a neat and tidy workplace.
• Handle all sales from start to finish.

• One‑year experience working in retail, customer service, sales, or a similar field.
• Strong desire to work within the retail, sales, or event industry.
• Ability to work full‑time retail hours punctually and reliably (weekends included).
• Reliable transportation and logistics to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport sales promotional items, displays, signage, and a work tablet.
• Ability to work the entire shift standing for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift or move 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail sales environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the customer base to meet local sales goals.

• Weekly day range:
  Every weekend.
• Shift options: 10‑hour shift, 8‑hour shift.
• Monday to Friday shifts and weekend shifts as needed.

  Full‑time.
• Pay: $650.00 – $850.00 per week.
