As a Footwear Specialist, you will drive sales, support teammates, and create a personalized, athlete‑first experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will provide expert footwear guidance focused on fit, performance, and comfort, and help athletes perform at their best.

Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a world‑class experience with clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment. Anticipate athlete needs, actively drive sales through product and service recommendations, and maintain a deep understanding of athlete needs. Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.

Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories and ensure smooth execution and high productivity. Demonstrate efficiency, effectiveness, and an athlete‑first mindset, ensuring products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, promote customer programs, and create a welcoming store environment. Adhere to safety, loss‑prevention, and operating procedures and all relevant laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1‑3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $18.50 – $28.25 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position.
