American Eagle - - Responsibilities:
Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.;
Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are aligned with Floorset standards.;
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in peak condition.;
Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to develop action plans.;
Foster a culture of teamwork and recognition, celebrating wins with the team.
