The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving inventory and ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented to support an exceptional customer experience. This hands‑on role works in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving product from delivery to placement while maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily operations to maximize productivity

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks
