Comfort Adviser (In-Home Sales) Position

Who You Are:

You are a diligent and customer-oriented individual with the ability to educate those looking to buy an HVAC system or weatherize their home. You have strong communication skills and a technical aptitude, and you thrive in a role where you can make a difference in people's comfort and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide personalized HVAC and weatherization solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Foster strong connections with customers and deliver exceptional service at every stage of the sales process to ensure their satisfaction.
• Articulate technical details about heating and cooling systems and weatherization in a manner that is clear and easily understandable for customers.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to guide customers in selecting heating and cooling systems and weatherization that optimize their comfort and energy efficiency.
• Work closely with the installation and insulation teams to ensure a smooth and successful execution of the recommended HVAC and weatherization solutions.
• Engage in proactive prospecting efforts and meet with customers in their homes to understand their needs firsthand.
• Approach sales with confidence and integrity, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their chosen HVAC and weatherization solutions.

Qualifications:

Compensation: At Synergy3, we recognize that our sales team is the driving force behind our success. This is demonstrated through our generous commission structure, which offers the opportunity for substantial income. Our sales representatives exceed $100,000 in earnings annually, with a base salary of $30,000.

Commission Structure:

• $50 per scheduled, completed audit, and snugg pro entry.
• 5% commission for projects completed and invoiced.
