Territory Sales Manager – Auto Dealerships and Repair

Overview

  • $60,000 base + Uncapped Commission = ~$90k average earnings first year!
  • Commission driven role;
    Work in = money out!
  • Gas card, $500/mo vehicle stipend, company laptop and cell phone
  • M-F; NO WEEKENDS, NO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL

Company and Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in fostering and maintaining strong connections with both new and existing clientele. Your focus will be on driving market expansion through advocacy of a service, as well as growing existing accounts using the service. By engaging with key industry players, you will uncover fresh prospects and forge strategic alliances to propel market growth.

You will be traveling around Central/Southern NJ.

  • Cultivate and uphold relationships through personalized service and ongoing support in person.
  • Craft solutions to facilitate seamless business interactions.
  • Devise and execute a strategic sales strategy to meet or surpass sales objectives and amplify our customer base
  • Boost market expansion through a blend of outreach, relationship-building, negotiation, and deal closure. Draft and present sales pitches, proposals, and agreements to potential clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, product information, and competitive dynamics.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales pursuits and client engagements, offering regular updates and comprehensive reports to clients on a day-to-day and weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with territory business development
  • Happy with 80-90% on the road time in the local territory
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities
  • Reliable vehicle (this role does not come with a company car)
