Charge Hives™ designs and deploys mobile energy storage systems (Hive Lite, Hive Core, and Hive Max) that provide flexible, scalable, and rapidly deployable power solutions for EV charging, construction, industrial sites, backup power, events, and critical infrastructure. We are expanding our commercial footprint through high-performing, professional independent sales representatives.

Role Overview

Charge Hives is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for Charge Hives’ mobile energy storage products and services within an assigned territory.

This is a commission-based role best suited for experienced energy, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sales professionals with existing customer relationships and strong business development skills.

The Representative will act as a trusted front-line partner—prospecting, qualifying opportunities, introducing Charge Hives solutions, and supporting the sales process—while working closely with the Charge Hives commercial team.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities for Charge Hives products and services.
  • Introduce Charge Hives solutions to prospective customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (developers, contractors, fleet operators, site owners, EPCs, etc.).
  • Assist Charge Hives in progressing qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Lead Registration & CRM
  • Register all opportunities through Charge Hives’ lead registration process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Charge Hives’ CRM, including:
  • Customer details and contacts
  • Use case and technical requirements
  • Estimated project value and timeline
  • Competitive landscape and status updates
Collaboration with Charge Hives
  • Coordinate with Charge Hives’ internal sales, engineering, and operations teams as needed.
  • Participate in customer calls or site discussions when appropriate.
  • Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to Charge Hives.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years in sales or business development in one or more of:
  • EV charging
  • Construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  • Renewable energy, microgrids, or power systems
  • Existing network of potential customers (e.g., contractors, developers, fleet operators, utilities, or industrial users).
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Organized and CRM-literate
  • Ability to explain technical solutions at a high level
  • Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
