Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Our client is a global leader in biomaterials dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients. They are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Princeton, NJ.

Salary/Hourly Rate
$50k - $70k

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and medical staff to understand needs and present appropriate product solutions.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics for management.
• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and drive business growth.

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Bachelor's degree required.
