You’ll be the face of Terminix to your local community and will protect homes and families.

During the first few months you’ll receive training and obtain the required state licenses and certificates, before taking the lead with your own customers.

You will be responsible for inspecting and assessing pest problems with precision, suggesting Terminix solutions following company policy and pricing instructions, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling delinquent accounts with grace and effectiveness.

Hit the books with training modules and hit the streets with on‑the‑job training with teammates.

Learn product knowledge and sales techniques for selling the full suite of Terminix products.

Inspect and assess pest problems with precision and suggest solutions.

Generate new business by meeting and greeting potential customers.

• A high school education or GED.
• Valid driver’s license from your current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure).

You must be able to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently, as well as lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects.

You will move around a lot: sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and navigating stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.

You must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and keep all equipment clean.

You may need personal protective equipment and be comfortable working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways.
