Potential Compensation80k - 100k annually
What You'll Do- Drive Sales Success:
Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales goals while maintaining high standards for gross profit and customer satisfaction. - Deliver Outstanding Service:
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of selecting their perfect vehicle. Offer test drives and ensure every detail is covered. - Master Your Craft:
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and services. Participate in training to sharpen your skills and knowledge. - Build Relationships:
Develop strong customer connections through effective follow-ups, ensuring repeat and referral business. - Be a Team Player:
Collaborate with the sales manager and finance team to streamline the sales process, from initial contact to final delivery.
- Drive and Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for automotive sales and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible Availability:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. - Proven Experience:
Previous sales experience in automotive is a plus. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for engaging with customers and understanding their needs. - Self-Starter: A proactive approach with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to learn and grow with our sales process.

- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Must have a valid driver's license, along with a clear driving record in your state of residence.
- Sales experience in any of the following industries is a plus:
Automotive, Phone & Mobile Sales, Electronic Sales and/or Insurance Sales. - Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit preferred.
- Ready to hit the ground running with learning how to use our sales process to efficiently help customers.
- Fantastic communication skills.
