Business Development, Sales Manager
The primary focus of the SSM is new revenue creation and increasing market share. The SSM will develop business by executing the companyÆs pipeline development strategy, and by identifying and pursuing new client prospects.
Responsibilities- New business prospecting activities, in conjunction with LSA's lead generation initiatives, to generate qualified new logo opportunities.
- Maintaining or exceeding company targets for pipeline development and revenue generation.
- Managing his/her accounts at a high level and engaging other departments as needed.
- Working with various teams within the organization to establish pricing, deliver completed projects, compile necessary information for proposals and responses to RFPÆs, work through client issues and assist with client conflict resolution.
- Articulating the companyÆs unique value message to clients, prospects and peers.
- Maintaining an updated database of prospects, client contacts and all appropriate activities, opportunities and contact history in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
