About the Role
A Clinical Representative who will promote product solutions from Boston Scientific within a defined geographic territory. The role focuses on expanding usage of company products within current accounts to meet sales quotas and increase company revenue.
Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of a proactive regional plan that includes clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and quality of service.
- Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, covering case coverage, troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training.
- Attend cases at customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques related to coronary products, representing the PI field organization during designated BSC clinic lab days.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations using a variety of formats and platforms.
- Provide supplemental training support during product launches and for high‑touch specialty products.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative solutions or collaborating with related personnel for optimal outcomes.
- Manage consignment inventory tracking, conduct semi‑annual audits, handle expired products and returns.
- Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to procedural device operation.
- Fully support the Quality Policy by integrating quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a relevant clinical field.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Previous Interventional Oncology and Interventional Radiology experience.
- 3 years of competitive field clinical experience or a minimum of 6 full years in a related clinical field.
- Proven ability to manage a large number of accounts and travel frequently.
- Problem‑solving skills with the ability to be coached and collaborate with teammates.
• The position is safety‑sensitive and requires a pre‑employment drug test in compliance with applicable law.
• Certain U.S. based field sales and service positions may require proof of COVID‑19 vaccination status as a condition of employment, subject to company policy updates.
