Sales Representative

We’re expanding our outside sales team—growing from 12 to 14 members—and looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job.

You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before—especially to small businesses—you’ll be off to a fast start. If not, we’ll train you to get there.

This is outbound B2B sales—not residential, and not door-to-door. You’ll walk into businesses, build relationships, and close recurring revenue contracts that create long-term value. It’s high-trust, high-reward sales.

• Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients
• Generate your own leads and set your own appointments
• Follow up, follow through, and close

• $110K+ on-target earnings (W2)
