• Operate daily leasing team processes to deliver a luxury customer experience.
• Guide prospective residents through customized tours, recommending floor plans and local amenities.
• Follow up on all leads, providing tailored updates on floor plans, community events, and neighborhood highlights.
• Serve as a reliable resource for residents and colleagues, embodying Avalon Bay’s commitment to integrity, caring, and continuous improvement.
• Be available on Saturdays, the busiest day for prospective residents, as required.

• Incredible customer service skills and a drive to create a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Strong sales and marketing ability, including the capacity to generate excitement through campaigns, outreach, and social media.
• Follow‑through on resident needs and updates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience, preferably in real‑estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
