Sequretek Inc is looking for a driven and dynamic IT Sales Manager to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts for a cutting-edge technology company and make a real impact in the cybersecurity and IT solutions space. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the IT and cybersecurity market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing

• 3+ years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or cybersecurity sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity products, or managed services
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
