Job Purpose
Responsible for education, training, and promotion of Bracco Injector systems and MR products to customers and prospective customers through clinical presentations, product evaluations, ongoing clinical support and consultative interactions as required to close sales and maintain and grow the Bracco Diagnostics Inc. (BDI) MR and Devices product lines. Demonstrate new injector features, install Bracco CT and MR injectors, and establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive product evaluations and timely clinical follow‑up at target accounts.
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers to meet sales objectives and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Initiate and develop contacts with existing and potential customers and maintain ongoing relationship development with assigned accounts.
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of territory‑specific business plans aligned with business strategy.
- Develop and execute plans to increase MR market share and injector and consumable sales.
- Manage account profiles and contribute to accurate account targeting and conversion.
- Provide clinical/technical customer support and consultative resources for BDI injectors and MR products, including on‑label product demonstrations and educational presentations.
- Perform periodic check‑ins pre‑sale and post‑sale to major accounts using Empower CTA+, MR injectors, and virtual colonoscopy products.
- Assist with software and hardware troubleshooting, data entry, and demo installations.
- Collaborate with marketing to collect and present case studies and attend professional societies and trade shows.
- BA/BS degree (preferred and verifiable).
- Certified MR Technologist or Registered CT RT with a current license in good standing; MRSO preferred.
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions, and ability to drive up to 70% of the time.
- Compliance with company vaccination and background check requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of MR scanners, MR safety, MRI contrast, and injector systems.
- Understanding of IT/IS systems (PACS/RIS) connectivity (plus).
- Experience with , Concur, Microsoft Office, and standard business software.
Requires moving and handling equipment weighing up to 28 pounds. Manual assembly of injector components (~25 pounds each) and patient observation during CT/MRI exams. Field‑based work with up to 70% overnight travel and occasional weekend meetings.
Work EnvironmentField‑based role; traveling to client sites, trade shows, and industry events. Must be comfortable working in varied environments and schedules.
