Neuroscience Sales Representative supporting the Northern NJ region, responsible for meeting/exceeding sales within assigned territory through healthcare professional engagement.
Responsibilities
- drive sales via in-person and virtual calls, provide clinical education on Intra-Cellular's neuropsychiatric treatments (e.g., CAPLYTA), develop strategic territory plans, and manage budgets. Maintain current knowledge of local market dynamics, foster customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 1+ years B2B sales success, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices;
- strong communication and data analysis skills;
- valid driver’s license;
- passion for patient care;
- high integrity and adaptability.
- experience with antipsychotics or bipolar disorder treatments;
- knowledge of neuroscience and pharmaceutical sales;
- tech-savviness, including AI.
focus on neuropsychiatric disorders, psychiatry, and neuroscience therapeutic areas, with emphasis on ethical sales practices and clinical dialogue.
Work setup- territory-based with some overnight travel;
- flexible hours including outside of normal schedule;
- periodic travel to corporate headquarters and training.
