Sr. Manager, Clinical Research Scientist

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Clinical Research Scientist assists in the design, execution, and reporting of current and future clinical oncology trials ranging from Phase 1 through Phase
3. Additionally, this role supports the responsible medical monitor in the execution of key tasks involved in the design, conduct, monitoring, and review of study data, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials.

• Collaborates with other key team members to deliver high‑quality clinical trial results.
• Uses scientific expertise to support the creation of relevant, high‑quality clinical documents such as study protocols, CSRs, investigator brochures, DSURs, NDA/MAA registration documents, and publications.
• Reviews and summarizes ongoing clinical data to monitor quality and ensure clean data flow into the study database and compliance with the protocol.
• Keeps current knowledge in clinical development and leverages it for designing and summarizing clinical studies.
• Keeps the Senior Medical Director current on the status of clinical trials and provides ongoing risk assessments for study conduct and operational risks.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Masters level degree in pharmaceutical or related medical science preferred.
• Bachelor's level candidates with substantive prior pharmaceutical experience will also be considered.

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical drug development within the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2 years in oncology drug development with experience reviewing quality of ongoing and final clinical study data, protocols, CSRs, investigator brochures, DSURs, NDA/MAA registration documents, and publications.
• Ability to critically review and interpret clinical data.

The pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $165,K and $195,K annually. Compensation may also include annual bonus/incentive plans, potential long‑term incentive plans, discretionary awards, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits such as 401(k) eligibility and paid time off (vacation, sick time, parental leave). Benefit participation details will be provided with an offer.

If hired, the employee will be in an "at‑will" position and the company reserves the right to modify base salary, bonuses, or other compensation at any time.
