As a Residential HVAC Technician, you’ll handle everything from troubleshooting to maintaining and installing top-quality HVAC systems. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues swiftly to keep customers comfortable.
• Ensuring all equipment complies with regulatory codes.
• Using a wide array of tools, from basic hand tools to precision instruments, safely and effectively.
• Installing and maintaining generators, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance where needed.

• Skills & Attributes:
  Excellent organizational and time management skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for problem-solving!
• Experience:
  
  Residential experience is required, and an Electrical License is preferred (not mandatory).
• Customer-Focused:
  Great communication and integrity are musts.
• Physical Readiness:
  Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., kneel, bend, and work outdoors or in hot areas for extended periods.
