Demolition Laborer

Demo Specialists perform a wide range of tasks, including:

• Disassembling steel studs and GWB (drywall) walls
• Pulling up carpeting
• Jack hammering cinder blocks or concrete
• Assisting the technician with water spray during cuts
• Performing 90% of the job as clean‑up: sorting materials, removing debris, and loading dumpsters
• Cooperating with colleagues on all clean‑up efforts

Show up daily and on time. Listen to the foreman and maintain safety.

• Show up everyday and on time, listen to foreman and focus on safety
• Experience – None required; preferred general construction, masonry or carpentry experience
• Equipment operation – skid steer, excavator, forklift, aerial lifts (preferred)
• Required tools – hammer, sawzall, 2' & 4' pry bars, cordless screw gun
• PPE – steel toe boots and long pants (gloves, eyewear, hardhat provided)
• Certifications – OSHA 10 (paid by company through online training); OSHA 30 preferred

Full-time/Summer help – regular hours 7am-3:30pm with a 30‑minute lunch break. 8‑hour shift. Weekend availability may be required.

Salary $18–$24 per hour.
