We’re hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential HVAC installation projects with a company that values professionalism, organized workflows, and quality workmanship.

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects
• Oversee install crews and support team coordination
• Install HVAC systems safely and efficiently
• Ensure all installs meet code and quality standards
• Read and interpret installation layouts and specifications
• Communicate with customers professionally on-site
• Maintain organized jobsites and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with management and field teams

Required:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Prior lead installer or crew leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Ability to lead projects and train helpers/apprentices
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Residential retrofit experience
• Sheet metal or fabrication experience
• Service troubleshooting experience
• OSHA certification

• Strong pay of $55,000.00- $ annually based on experience
