Experienced Handyman

Our growing construction company is looking for a skilled finish carpenter to join our team and support high‑end residential projects, with a strong focus on finish work, appliance installation, and pre‑closing punch list execution. This is a hands‑on role for a detail‑oriented pro who takes pride in delivering a polished, move‑in‑ready home.

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fix structures
• Build door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions
• Measure, cut, shape, and smooth carpentry materials
• Chisel and assemble kitchen cabinets, drywall, siding, and furniture
• Certify drywall, roofing, and flooring are level and compatible
• Perform high‑quality finish carpentry, trim, and detail work
• Install and coordinate residential appliances (ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, laundry)
• Complete pre‑closing and final punch list items to exacting standards
• Install doors, hardware, fixtures, shelving, and accessories
• Coordinate with trades to resolve finish and inspection items
• Protect finished surfaces and keep the job site clean
• Identify and correct quality issues before client walkthroughs

• Accurate measuring and math skills required
• Proficient in carpentry tools, techniques, and materials
• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
• Candidate must have successfully completed a carpentry apprenticeship
• Must have valid driver’s license

$25 - $35 hourly
