Maintenance Persons II – Princeton

Full - time

• Responsible for maintaining public infrastructure including, but not limited to, public buildings and grounds: paved roads, sidewalks, shared use paths, bikeways, and other public right of way improvements; and storm sewer inlets, treatment facilities, and piping.
• Operate air compressors and related attachments, concrete mixers, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and other light equipment.
• Perform winter maintenance operations on walkways, building steps, etc.
• Perform basic truck cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform pothole and pavement repair.
• Participate in the annual leaf, branch and log, collection program.
• Assist in the maintenance and construction of the storm water collection system.
• Install and maintain streets and traffic signs/posts.
• Paint pavement markings.
• Cut grass and other vegetation around guardrails, roadsides, and other municipally owned properties including open space.

Salary range: $45,078-$65,172
